As the Managing Agent for the Bloomridge Homeowners Association, Inc., we would like to announce a Bloomridge HOA meet and greet scheduled for 03/28/2024 at the John and Judy Gay Library held from 6-7:30 pm. This event will feature a meet and greet with your HOA board members, a representative from Essex management, and a McKinney police officer, to answer any questions that you may have within the community. The police officer will also provide an update on the crime in McKinney.

As the Managing Agent for Bloomridge Homeowner’s Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that the Virtual Annual Election Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Thursday, January 18th, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the normal business of the Association, hold an election for two (2) members to the Board of Directors, and present information on current Association affairs.

Enclosed in this packet you will find the notice, draft agenda, proxy in lieu of meeting, candidacy and ballot forms. You may complete online, email, mail, or fax in your Ballot or Proxy. The election meeting cannot be held without the proper quorum; therefore, it is important that you complete and return the proxy, if you are not able to vote or attend the meeting. Write-in candidates or floor nominations are not accepted for virtual meetings.

You may now cast your Ballot online; a Ballot cast electronically shall also count for quorum, therefore, if you vote online, please do not assign your proxy to another person as it will not be counted. If you do not vote online, it is important that your Ballot or Ballot and Proxy be returned no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 17th, 2024, for it to be counted.

There are four (4) ways you can vote:
